Your data is important to us. We implement comprehensive security measures:

• Encryption at Rest: All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols
• Encryption in Transit: All communications use HTTPS/TLS
• Access Control: Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure data is only accessible to authorized users
• Audio Storage: Voice responses are stored in secure Supabase Storage buckets with encryption
• Regular Audits: We regularly audit our security practices

We retain your data as follows:

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Can be deleted upon request.
• Survey Data: Retained indefinitely unless you delete the survey. Soft-deleted surveys can be recovered for 30 days.
• Audio Responses: Retained for as long as the survey exists. Deleted when survey is permanently deleted.
• Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and support purposes.

For participants responding to surveys:

• Only the survey creator and organization members can access responses
• Responses are never shared with third parties without explicit consent
• Participants can request their data be deleted (soft-delete with 30-day recovery window)
• Voice responses are private and only used for the specified survey

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Right to Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format
