Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Cluso for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Using automated tools to access, scrape, or collect data without permission

You are responsible for all content created in your surveys and all data collected from participants. Cluso does not:

• Pre-screen or review survey content before publication
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Assume liability for survey content or participant responses
• Guarantee compliance with any privacy regulations

You agree to ensure your surveys comply with all applicable laws and obtain proper consent from participants before collecting their data.

When collecting responses from participants:

• You must obtain explicit consent before recording voice responses
• You must inform participants how their data will be used
• You must provide a mechanism for participants to delete their responses
• You are responsible for complying with your jurisdiction's privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out when using shared or public computers

In no event shall Cluso be liable for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of data or survey responses
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cluso is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Freedom from errors or bugs
• Data accuracy or completeness
• Specific performance or features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Cluso may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in unlawful activities
• You create surveys designed to harm, harass, or deceive
• You attempt to abuse the service or access it unlawfully
